Have you ever noticed the little star icon on the left side of your screen, right above the pack icon? Inside of that star are missions!
What Are Missions?
Missions are fun activities you can do in Animal Jam! There are several to choose from, and they all have different goals to complete in the game! They each have a different difficulty, some have no difficulty. (As you can see, completed missions will darken and have a checkmark on them!)

Why Do Missions?
I’m sure you’re curious, why even do missions? Well, you can actually get prizes from them! These prizes are name tag customizations! Each time you complete a mission, you’ll receive new customizations, related to the mission you’ve done!

How To Customize Your Nametag
After you’ve completed a mission, and you earn your prize, you are able to customize your nametag! You can customize the plate your name is on as well as the badge(s) on it. For example, my name plate is pink with two heart badges on it!
(The heart badges I have on my nametag were exclusive, and given to players at the peak of the 2023 Friendship Festival)

To access your nametag customizations, click your nametag!

This will pop up! It will show the badges you have on the side, click your nametag again to customize it.

This will pop up, and from here you can customize your nametag however you’d like!
