Minigame Pairs - WEEK FOUR

Hello, Jammers! Welcome back to Minigame Pairs, the series in which I guide Jammers on two minigames in one article. Today’s featured minigames are Falling Phantoms and Temple of Trivia. Now without further ado, let’s get into the guide!

Falling Phantoms

Falling Phantoms is a multiplayer game that is based on 100% skill. The game does not require much strategy, but I do have two tips always in mind when I play.

  • Do not ever go in the corners unless there are gems up for grabs. Hanging around in the corner is never a good idea, because if a phantom heads your way from the top or side, there’s not really an escape. The corners seem like a safe haven away from phantoms at first, but when the game progresses, you’ll notice that phantoms will directly aim for the corners. However, if there is a pile of gems in one of the corners, I suggest that you travel across the arena to collect them carefully. Once you’ve obtained the gems, get out of the corner as fast as possible. You don’t want to be stuck in!

  • Track where the phantoms are headed. If a phantom is heading to the left of the screen, you should move to the right; and vice versa. If you notice that a phantom is heading towards the middle, you should go to the side where there aren’t as many phantoms.
