Hey, Jammers! Today I’m going to be guiding you through the Animal Jam minigame, Roll! Getting three stars on the game is extremely difficult, but I can assure you that these tips, tricks, and secrets will help you win the game! Now without further ado, let’s get right into the guide!
What are the Touch and Tilt Controls?
Touch Control- To use Touch Control, press the LEFT white icon under the level selection. To move the hedgehog, touch and drag your finger around the screen, the hedgehog will follow the movement of your finger. I personally prefer Touch Control over Tilt because it’s easier to use.
Tilt Control- To use Tilt Control, press the RIGHT white icon under the level selection. Instead of using your finger to control the hedgehog, you tilt your device in the direction you want the hedgehog to roll. This controlling option is much harder to use, and beginners are better off using Touch.
How to get THREE stars:
Time: To go faster, move your finger to the top of the screen. Your hedgehog will try to catch up to your finger, thus moving faster. (Touch) Tilt your screen very dramatically, you could either make a sudden move, or tilt your device very abruptly to the side in either direction. (Tilt)
Make sure to minimize your time!
Gems: The more gems you accumulate, the more stars you will earn! Make sure to pick up each and every gem while playing. Not only will that increase your gem payout, but it might boost up your score to three stars!
Pathway: See the square in the bottom right hand corner? Keep an eye on that! When going straight, make sure the dot is lined up on the top middle. When going left, make sure the dot is in the top left and corner.
Oh No!
Oh No’s go hand in hand with the Pathway tip. Going off course could cause your hedgehog to fall off the pathway! Pay attention to where the hedgehog is heading, and try not to fall off the platform.
